If there's one trend I'm excited for summer is Crop Tops! I really love how sleek they look paired with a great fitting midi pencil skirt (something that Claire Underwood would wear???) and with full midi ones. Now, since you will be showing some skin, you have to keep it classy and ladylike, so here are my suggestions on how to wear crop tops this summer ;)
Pencil skirts: For a refined and sleek look, go with a pencil skirt that hits at your knees or just a little bit below them. You can't go wrong with this elegant formula! Just make sure to complete the look with classic pointed toe pumps (like these) or single strap sandals (like these).
Full Midi Skirts: Because this silhouette is really flattering on most people, this would be a great choice. Keep in mind that because of the length of the skirt, is better to opt for pumps as wearing sandals with straps cut your legs short.
Sets: For an easy go-to no-fuss look, go for matching separates that would look like you are wearing a dress with a midriff cutout. ;)
Layered: Well, if you're afraid that you won't be able to wear your crop top right now, just layer it over a thinner top and voilà!
